**Delivery Terms for Large Items**

1. Delivery Coverage
1.1 We deliver large items within mainland UK. Delivery to remote areas may incur additional charges or may not be available.

2. Delivery Charges
2.1 Delivery charges for large items are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the item. Specific charges will be displayed at checkout.
2.2 Any additional charges for remote locations will be communicated prior to order confirmation.

3. Delivery Times
3.1 Estimated delivery times for large items vary depending on the product and destination. Standard delivery times are between 10-21 business days. Please contact us prior to ordering for upto date eta.
3.2 We will provide an estimated delivery date when your order is confirmed.
3.3 While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.

4. Delivery Process
4.1 Our delivery team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date and time.
4.2 Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the item upon delivery.
4.3 Large items will be delivered to the Kerbside or nearest accessible point unless stated. For an additional fee, we may offer a white-glove service that includes delivery to a specific location on your property, assembly, and removal of packaging.

5.2 Inform us of any delivery restrictions or special requirements in advance to avoid delivery issues.

6. Inspection and Acceptance
6.1 Upon delivery, please inspect the item for any visible damage before signing the delivery receipt.
6.2 If there is any damage, please note this on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately. Retain all packaging materials for inspection.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts
7.1 If no one is available to accept the delivery at the agreed time, re-delivery charges will apply.
7.2 If we are unable to complete the delivery due to access issues not communicated in advance, re-delivery charges may apply.
