Outdoor Saunas
Outdoor Sauna Delivery Policy
We are pleased to offer delivery for our saunas via a flatbed van at a set rate of £400 (unless stated on product page) to locations within a 200-mile radius of NR31 7NA. For all other areas please contact us for a quote.
To ensure a smooth delivery process, please review our delivery policy carefully:
Delivery Terms
• Delivery Radius: We offer delivery nationwide.
• Access Restrictions: Delivery is limited to main roads only due to the size of the vehicle and sauna. Please ensure the delivery location is accessible for a flatbed van.
• Unloading Responsibility: It is your responsibility to arrange a crane, HIAB, or appropriate equipment to unload the sauna from the van and position it at your desired location unless stated in the advert.
Time Allocations
• Unloading Slot: We allocate a 1-hour time slot for unloading the sauna.
• Additional Charges: If the sauna cannot be removed within this time frame or if access issues arise that prevent the van from being positioned, additional charges will apply.
Important Considerations
• Preparation: Please ensure the delivery site is ready and the necessary unloading equipment is on-site at the agreed time.
• Communication: If you have any concerns or unique requirements for delivery, please contact us in advance to discuss them.
Constructing your base
- You need to prepare a solid, flat, and strong base that will remain stable for the life of your sauna. An uneven base may cause your sauna to run
inefficiently, resulting in major faults.
An ideal base material is solid concrete – soft surfaces such as grass, sand or pebbles are not suitable. Existing patio slabs and block paving may be used, but they must be flat, level and on a satisfactory sub-base such as concrete.
All newly constructed bases must be prepared in plenty of time prior to delivery to allow time for the concrete to fully set. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a suitable base that is flat, level and solid to prevent
distortion from occurring. Any structural damage caused by an improper base or base failure may invalidate the manufacturing warranty. We advise all customers take into consideration a weight of at
least 2,000kg. We do not advise you to position your sauna with decking built around it or underground as it can significantly impact future maintenance requirements.
If you wish to do this, we advise you consult a structural engineer to ensure that your decking is capable of safely and adequately supporting the full weight of your sauna when in use.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Thank you for choosing us, and we look forward to delivering your sauna!
