Swim Spa Delivery – Terms & Conditions

• Free delivery applies only to Norfolk & Suffolk unless stated otherwise.

• Delivery for our swim spas are via a flatbed van at a set rate of £1000 (unless stated on product page) to locations within a Norfolk & Suffolk. For all other areas please contact us for a quote.

• Free delivery option is via a hiab lorry with 7m reach. This option is subject to access and final location. This option is 

• Delivery outside these areas may incur additional charges—please contact us for a quote.

• Access to the delivery location must be suitable for a large swim spa; any additional equipment (e.g., cranes) required is the customer’s responsibility.

• Customers must ensure the installation site is level, prepared, and accessible before delivery.

• Delivery includes placement of the swim spa in the desired location but does not cover groundworks, electrical connections, or water supply setup unless otherwise agreed.

• If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues or an unprepared site, a redelivery fee may apply.

• Once the delivery date is confirmed, any changes must be requested at least 7 days in advance.
