Sauna Benefits
The soothing heat helps your body unwind, easing tension and calming the mind. Perfect for reducing daily stress and creating a peaceful escape at home.
Heat boosts blood flow to tired muscles, easing soreness and speeding up post-workout recovery — ideal for athletes and active lifestyles.
Sauna sessions increase heart rate and blood flow, supporting cardiovascular health and overall body performance.
Deep, productive sweating helps flush toxins and impurities from the skin, leaving you feeling refreshed inside and out.
Relaxation before bedtime contributes to deeper, more restorative sleep, helping you wake up feeling energised.
The increased heart rate and sweating can help burn calories and support a healthier metabolism.
Heat opens pores and improves circulation, promoting clearer, healthier-looking skin with a natural glow.
Regular sauna use may stimulate the immune system, helping your body fight off illness more effectively.
The release of endorphins helps lift your mood, while reducing stress improves focus and mental sharpness.
Your Embrace Sauna Cube provides a private, all-season retreat — enjoy deep relaxation and recovery no matter the weather.

Perfect fit for our hot tub
Needed a replacement headrest for our Platinum Spas tub and it matched the original perfectly. Easy to fit, comfortable and arrived within days.
Helpful advice from start to finish
I called before ordering and the team talked me through sizing, power and base requirements for my sauna. Delivery was well organised and nothing was left to chance.
Brilliant for our holiday let
We added a Cube 160 sauna to our holiday let and guests love it. Solid build quality, genuine wood and it looks fantastic in the photos. Bookings have noticeably improved.
Quality you can feel
The craftsmanship on our outdoor sauna is excellent. Tight joints, a sturdy glass door and brass fittings that feel premium. Great value compared with other brands we looked at.
